Like, suddenly, you like basketball just because he likes it. You start to watch NBA games so that you can relate to or understand him whenever he talks about the game. You’d stare longingly at him, talking about his favorite basketball players. He looks really cute while doing so.
You’ve come to love watermelon just because it’s his favorite fruit. You fail to notice how watermelon becomes the first thing on your mind when people ask what your favorite fruit is or how your lips curve into a soft smile when you see the word “watermelon juice” on the menu.
You find cookie and cream-flavored ice cream good just because it’s his favorite flavor. Your eyes immediately search for a certain flavor in the ice cream shop; it has unknowingly become your favorite too.
You find guitar sound pleasing to your ears just because he plays it, and every time he does, you fall for him all over again. You’ve come to love the guitar so much that you started learning to play it too so that you could talk about guitars and music together.
You start liking Justin Bieber just because he’s his favorite artist. At some point, you found yourself waiting impatiently for his new releases and then having them on repeat for days.
